PAYMENTS
Payment for vocal assessments, private lessons, courses, workshops and other events is due in advance. Payments are made via PayPal.
CANCELLATIONS
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Once you have booked your session, you are responsible for showing up at the correct place and time. You must cancel your lesson on the scheduling calendar at least one day (24 hours) in advance before the scheduled lesson or assessment in order to avoid the fee for the missed session. Just like buying a ticket to a concert, if you do not show up or if you have to cancel on the same day – even for illness or a scheduling error – you will still be charged and will not get a refund.
Withdrawals from package lessons, classes, or workshops needing advance registration require a 30-day notice. No refunds will be given for any single session missed after the first day of the event.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
If there is inclement weather and you feel you cannot safely attend your lesson or your school is cancelled, we can keep your regular lesson time via Zoom and not miss a beat.
